After you have arranged a consultation with one of our experts, you will be asked to complete an online Pre-Assessment Questionnaire. This enables us to provide you with superior eye care and advice tailored to you. You’ll be able to tell us about any relevant medical details, note specific questions you’d like to discuss, and provide information about your current spectacles or contact lenses.

After a discovery conversation and an analysis of your prescription, you will be styled and presented with a custom selection of unique eyewear and lens options. Our mission is to make sure that ultimately you leave with something that works perfectly for you and that you love.
